Welcome to Ali Family Child Care. Your privacy and the safety of your children are our top priorities. This document outlines our practices regarding data privacy and the terms governing our child care services.
1. Commitment to Privacy
We only collect information necessary to provide the best care for your child. This may include contact details, emergency information, health records, and developmental goals. We never share this information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
2. Child Safety & Monitoring
For your peace of mind, our facility is equipped with 24/7 internal monitoring. These recordings are for security purposes only and are handled with the strictest confidentiality. Access is restricted to authorized administrative staff and law enforcement if necessary. Videos are held for 7 days and deleted. Parents may ask for any videos to be deleted by contacting Ali Family Child Care directly at any time.
3. Enrollment & Fees
Enrollment is complete upon submission of all required paperwork and the initial deposit. We accept CCRC financial assistance. Tuition is due according to the schedule agreed upon at enrollment. late payments may result in a disruption of service.
4. Health & Attendance
To maintain a healthy environment for all children, we ask that you keep your child home if they show any signs of contagious illness. We follow all local health guidelines regarding vaccinations and illness reporting to ensure the safety of our small community. Should the need arise, parents will be notified within 48 hours of any children coming in contact with a contagious illness.
5. Emergency Procedures
Our staff is CPR certified and trained in basic first aid. In the event of a medical emergency, we will contact professional medical services immediately and notify you via your provided emergency contact numbers.
6. Termination of Care
A minimum notice period of two weeks is required for the termination of child care services. Ali Family Child Care reserves the right to terminate care immediately if a policy violation occurs or if local licensing standards can no longer be met.
