What ages of children do you accept?
We care for children from newborns through 12 years old. We group children by age and development so everyone gets the right level of care.

Are you open 24/7?
Yes. We offer care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and some holidays, based on availability.

Do I need to schedule a visit before enrolling?
Yes. We ask all new families to schedule a tour so you can see our home, ask questions and make sure we’re a good fit for your child.

What safety measures do you have in place?
Our home is licensed and childproofed, with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, locked cabinets, and safe sleep practices. Our location is very private with a large gate that is locked at all times. We also maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.

What should I bring for my child?
Please bring diapers or pull-ups, wipes, a change of clothes, any comfort items, and any formula or special foods your child needs. We’ll review a full list at your first visit.

How do you communicate with parents?
We provide updates at drop-off and pick-up, and we’re available by phone or message for important updates during your child’s stay.
